The Masterchuck uses a unique patented conical scroll mechanism to give a powerful grip for such a compact chuck.
- 80mm diameter body
- Able to grip into a very shallow bowl recess which can be left on the base of a bowl as a decorative feature
- Powerful grip on the end of a cylinder for turning goblets, peppermills etc
- Self centering jaws grip 1,1/2" spigot or expand into 2,3/4" bowl recess
- Takes extension jaws which screw onto the existing jaws for smaller projects - no need to take the chuck apart
- Easily changed to fit a lathe with a different thread
