Website orders. At the moment we do not have "shopping cart" online software but you can order online. Write down a list of what you want and go to our secure order form , fill in the details and click on the submit button. Your card details etc will go through a secure server which uses 128 bit encryption for your security. You can also use the order form to send messages, queries or requests for quotations or catalogues. Please do not send card details by email - it is not secure.

UK customers. You can proceed as follows. .

• Go to our secure order form , fill in the order, card details etc and click on the "submit" button. We will process the order and acknowledge by email. We normally process an order same day or next working day (Tuesday to Saturday).

• OR telephone your order, card details and address etc (answerphone out of office hours 9 to 4-30pm Tuesday to Saturday on 01787 237 291. Please be sure to leave your telephone number or email address in case of problems).

• OR you can fax all the details on 01787 238522

• OR Use old fashioned letterpost sent to The Old Hyde, Little Yeldham, Halstead, Essex CO9 4QT. We issue order forms, but just a letter is adequate provided all the necessary information is there including card details for payment. If you prefer paying by cheque please make it payable to "Peter Child Woodturning Supplies". We may wait a few days for the cheque to clear before despatching your order.

• OR you can use letter post sent to The Old Hyde, Little Yeldham, Halstead, Essex CO9 4QT, England. We issue order forms, but just a letter is adequate provided all the necessary information is there.

We will add postage at our actual cost and use the cheapest reliable carrier. Small packages will normally be sent by Royal Mail. Large parcels over 2 KG will normally go by TNT international. You will have to sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Prices include VAT at the current rate in UK which is 15%.

Customers from countries outside the European Union (except USA/Canada). You can proceed as follows. .

We recommend that for security you do not email your credit card numbers - use our secure order form which uses 128 bit encryption. We will keep your card details if you ask so you can send follow up orders by email. Please note that for your security we do not keep card details on a computer database and they are not retained on the server. We do not pass your personal details to others without your express permission.
