Or you can post the order to The Old Hyde, Little Yeldham, Halstead, Essex CO9 4QT. We have order forms but just a letter is adequate provided all the necessary information is there.

You are of course welcome in the shop. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, otherwise open Tuesday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

We need card number, expiry date and, if it is a debit card we also need valid from date or issue number (if there is one). Of course we need the delivery address which should be your home address - the one registered with the card company.

We recommend that for security you do not email your credit card numbers. Telephone, mail or fax the card number the first time and you can send follow up orders by email. Please note that for your security we do not keep card details on a computer.

Catalogue prices INCLUDE VAT. Postage to an address within the U.K. will be charged at £3.50 unless the value of the order is over £95 in which case postage is free. Carriage on machinery will be charged at cost

If in doubt email or fax for a quote

Our normal carrier is Parcelforce and we use the 48 hour service. This means that there will be two working days delay from despatch date. If you order by telephone late on a Friday we will despatch on the following Tuesday (we are closed Mondays) and you should get the parcel on Thursday. They require a signature on delivery. If you are normally out on a working day please telephone for advice.
