This is the Sovereign Handle which is part of the Sovereign Tool System.
Handle length 22". It comes with collets to enable the handle to hold 5/8", 1/2" and 3/8" diameter tools. Tools can be gouges, hollowing blades, scrapers, or any tool you have which will fit.
