50mm velcro faced arbor with tapered foam layer to give a softer edge than the parallel arbor. 6mm shaft fits in portable drill or flexible shaft chuck. Very high quality British made. For efficient sanding inside bowls etc. Takes 50mm or 55mm discs. The 55mm discs are better because they shield the edge of the velcro and offer a more flexible edge to minimise "swirl" marks.
