If you made a mistake before clicking on the "submit button", clear
the form by clicking on the "reset" button and start again.
How to correct a mistake on the order
form once you have sent it
If you clicked on the "submit" button while online - that's it
- you cannot retrieve it and we will get the contents of the form - but do
not fear! Your message will be scanned by intelligent humans at our end! If
there are obvious mistakes we will try to contact you by email. We cannot
get back to you easily if you did not type in your email address correctly!
If you want to add to your order
just send another form (or alter it and submit it again) with an appropriate
message such as "Please add the following to my order". Provided
we can tie up the new form with the previous ones by means of, say, your full
name and your email address, we will consolidate the order and only add one
lot of of postage charge. You only need fill in the card details on one of
the forms. You can send as many forms as you like and we will try to put them
all together as one order. Of course if you leave it too long and our super
efficient mailing department has already sent the parcel then we cannot do
this
If you want to cancel everything
just send another form with an appropriate message. Make sure you type in
your email address correctly so we can identify you or get back to you.
